Learning to Return, Remember, and Reinform™
A weekly two hour workshop, with a blend of didactic and experiential guidance, emphasizing direct experience of exercises to re-inform mind, brain, body, and our relational attitude toward our distress. The workshop utilizes the influences of current scientific research interested in the neurobiological changes influenced by environment, relationships, and the mind’s attention correlated to brain function/structure toward calming and re-informing the nervous system. Techniques are based on these brain changes using applications of Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, Energy Medicine, Imagery and Breathwork. Through understanding the origins of anxiety, we can view how it is constructed, and then create a new relationship to our experience through both acceptance and change strategies that help de-construct anxiety, dis-covering its relevance, to then re-construct our connection to our inherent wholeness already existing.

In “Healing Beyond Anxiety™”, we will explore a non-pathological view toward healing and integration of the emotion of fear and the bodily sensation of anxiety. We will work with mind and body practices proven to shift nervous system activation, neural pathways, and beliefs around identity with feelings, thoughts, sensations and behaviors.

If you suffer with anxiety, your symptoms may feel like a general low level continual worry state, to extreme fear that keeps you from fully engaging in life:

In this workshop you will learn about the causes and physiology of anxiety, and experience tools for easing the intensity of symptoms that may be leading you to unhealthy behaviors or constriction from full life functioning:
- Learn about the process of anxiety in your body and what causes and maintains symptoms.
- Practice tools of acceptance and change to reinform your nervous system and create new neural pathways
- Share your concerns and cultivate the connection and support necessary for healing.
- Discover your identity beyond your anxiety.
