To our nervous system, there is no difference.
In my Program for Performance Anxiety I developed specific practices to Reinform the nervous system, to reconnect the neural circuitry to remember the content, feeling stable, embodied, and engaged. With these practices, you will not just ‘white knuckle’ your way through your next public performance, but will actually find the excitement and learn to ‘take up space’, take your time, and feel the pleasure of public speaking.
We all know what it’s like to completely forget what we were supposed to say, how frightening when we feel lost and out of control in those moments, but it is all very reasonable, according to our body, and, through the program, you will learn how to relate to your body as Ally, not the nemesis that betrays you by revealing your nerves.
Give me a call so we can get started
I have written and performed six autobiographical monolgues, and appeared in two plays, as my practice to reinform my own introversion and tendency for anxiety. I will teach you from the inside out, what truly helped me, and will offer the latest in neuroscience to help clarify how these practices make a difference.
