Beyond the Trend of Mindfulness, this is a 2500 year old practice that will out live us all, and asks us to discover the Truth. It is not something special or esoteric, and not a commodity to buy, or the next self-improvement technique. It is a capacity existing within us, just waiting for the right conditions for it to arise and for us to find benefit.
Mindfulness is both a Practice and a way of Being, moment to moment. It is something that we can learn to cultivate, whether sitting nicely on a specified cushion, or running a contentious meeting at work.
